This week = -4lbs 🙌🔥

That takes me to 10 stone 3 down… I honestly can’t believe it 🤯 I’m SO close now — just half a pound to drop into the next stone bracket and 2lbs away from my next award 👀💪

Since Jan 2026 I’ve lost 3 stone 5, and since 17 Jan 2025 that’s a massive 10 stone 3 GONE forever… I’m actually so proud of myself 😭

Butchers done, now onto Tesco and another fanatic (and fully on plan 💯) week ahead 🛒✨
