Prayer. Meditation. Same Home. Different Doors.

Prayer is when you speak. 🧘 Meditation is when you listen. But both are conversations with the same infinite Source.

Whether you’re on your knees in a church, ⛪️ chanting in a forest, 🌳 or sitting silently on your bedroom floor you’re not reaching out.
You’re tuning in.

Meditation 🧘 is not about connecting to something outside of you. It’s about meeting the Divine that already lives in you.

You’re not summoning some distant God. 🦄You’re returning to the space where God has always been right here, right now, inside your breath, your heartbeat, your awareness.

Prayer might wear robes. Meditation might wear mala beads. But they both drop you into the same silence, the same sanctuary.🦋

Different people. Different names.
Same God. Same Light. Same Home.💡

And if I were your priest? 🤵I’d tell you to stop choosing sides. I’d tell you that labels are for minds that fear 🙈the unknown. 

But your soul?
Your soul already knows how to find its way back. 🦉

So stop arguing over which path leads to the divine walk it. 🤸🏻‍♀️Close your eyes 👀 Open your heart 💚 and come home by any name, any way, any time.

The way is not the word.
The way is within.
