Let’s talk about the art (and science) of projection. 

Ever notice how each post, each photo, each little glimpse we share is more than just a moment? It’s a carefully curated story we’re telling the world, sometimes honest, sometimes aspirational. 

But here’s the kicker…….Is the story we’re creating for others the same one we’re living for ourselves? Or are we just painting over the parts we’d rather keep hidden?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how much of myself I put out there versus how much I hold back. 

What do you see when you scroll past my posts? The glow-up? The wins? Maybe a vibe that screams “effortless”? 

Truth bomb ….. It’s rarely effortless. Behind every ‘perfect’ moment is a hundred imperfect ones, but who really wants to show the chaos, right? Except… maybe the chaos is the most honest part.

So here’s a challenge for you (and me) …..What would happen if we let the filters slip just a little? 

If we stopped worrying about being ‘on brand’ and just let people see the unpolished, messy, real sides of us?
