As I began approaching my mid-40s, I noticed something change… My body wasn’t responding the same way it used to. Suddenly, it felt like no matter how much I moved, the fat around my abs just refused to leave.

High cortisol, hormonal changes, it’s something many women face as we get older. And honestly? It wasn’t easy.

But I refused to give up.

I stayed consistent with my abs routine  cable leg raises, abs rolling, and my favorite floor leg raise variations. Slowly, my core began to tighten, my waistline started to define again, and that stubborn belly fat began to melt away.

Now at 50, I look in the mirror and I’m proud not just of how my abs look, but of the woman I’ve become through the process. Stronger, disciplined, and full of self-love. 💪💖

Ladies, take care of yourselves. Be kind to your body. Eat well because abs are truly made in the kitchen. Manage stress, rest well, and remember: consistency will always win over perfection.
