This year was unlike any other, marked by the profound loss of my mother. It’s been a journey through the depths of grief, but I’ve managed to keep my head above the water, holding onto hope with both hands. 

I never imagined at this young age I’d step into roles that have defined my strength and character. From becoming one of the cultural guardian of our kingdoms: Bimbia, Malimba, Bonaberi heritage and culture, to navigating life without her guidance, I’ve learned so much about resilience and love.

In this time of sorrow, I’ve been blessed to find true friends who’ve become my pillars of support. Alongside them, my family has been my rock, and Christ has been my unwavering beacon of light, guiding me through every step. Their love and faith have been my solace in the darkest of days, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

As I approach my first Christmas without my mom, the pain is palpable, yet I’m thankful for every moment we shared. I take this time to thank God for the strength He’s given me to carry on, for the memories that bring both tears and smiles, and for the unexpected journey that has shaped who I am today. My family, friends and Christ remain my main pillars, providing the love, faith, and courage I need to move forward.

Remembering you, Mom, with love, and looking forward with hope. Here’s to honoring your legacy, embracing new beginnings, and cherishing the love that surrounds me. 🌟✝️❤️
