AMH should be used WITH FSH and E2 to determine reproductive potential. 

AMH can be used as a predictive biomarker for PCOS (and detecting potential PCOS)

AMH can be used to determine stimulation medication for IVF and IUI. 

AMH alone is not a predictor of infertility or your capacity to conceive naturally. And, if anyone tells you differently, question them. Bring these studies to the table. Advocate. You and your future family should not be fear mongered into buying a technology that you don’t even need (and that comes with as many risks as rewards and should be used only when actually warranted using testing to determine if it IS the best answer to your fertility needs (as opposed to more testing (including but not limited to reproductive immunology (tripodfertility can do this for you if you are needing a fertility clinic’s help in the GTA OR fertilysis can help if you if you are outside of Toronto and/or are with a clinic unwilling to do these tests). NOTE: I’m not associated or working for either of these companies - I just admire what they’re doing to help build families. 

I’m not a miracle worker. I help you optimize your WHOLE health. And, I help you navigate what basic tests that you should ask for (in most cases, start with a CBC/AMH/FSH/TSH and E2 a sonohysterogram and a semen analysis (with DNA frag)). 

We deserve better.
