If you’re ever in DC and looking for a place close to the shopping malls, a safe spot, stunning views or just want to take a morning walk, @thevenembassyrow is the perfect spot. 

One feature I loved was the fridge, which many hotels don’t provide. The bathtub was also amazing. After a long day of work, I’d come back and relax. 

I also loved the working space and was able to pull an all nighter there getting my tasks done on time!

Additionally, the staff was friendly and most of them understood Swahili. They also had a tradition where they featured a “scent of the day” close to the elevator. 

While I didn’t try the food, there was a wide variety of dishes inspired by various embassies and an art gallery that I didn’t get time to explore because I was so busy working. 

The rooftop wasn’t open during my visit; it opens after Memorial Day. I’m definitely looking forward to returning 🤍
