One of the biggest lessons of January is the importance of continuing to be consistent in my goals and taking things one day at a time.

Adjusting to a new routine is so rewarding—for me, that means going to the gym, eating healthy, reading my Bible, doing content creation part time,communicating effectively and learning about marriage because we the new adults phew!
