ginger snap cookie latte recipe featuring my fav cookies from @staufferscookie ✨☕️🤎 full recipe shared below! 

Ingredients: 
- 1 cup coffee 
- 4 pumps or 4 TBSP vanilla syrup 
- 1 TBSP almond butter 
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream 
- sprinkle of cinnamon 
- crumbled Snaps Ginger Cookies 

Directions: 
Coffee -
- brew coffee blend of choice, I used blonde roast beans 
- stir in 1 TBSP almond butter while coffee is still hot 
- pour over ice
- add in milk of choice 
- add in 2 pumps of vanilla syrup 
- stir 

Vanilla cream top: 
- 2 pumps vanilla 
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- blend with frother for about one minute until whipped texture 
- add into a piping bag or ziplock bag and cut the tip 
- pipe across top of glass 
- sprinkle cinnamon
- add Snaps Ginger Cookie crumble
