Here’s my go-to reset routine that helps me feel like me again:⁣

✨ Move my body (even a walk counts ➡️ but get into the gym!!)⁣
🧖‍♀️ Prioritize self-care (shower, skincare, cute outfit➡️ get ready intentionally for the day girl!)⁣
🥗 Nourish & hydrate (simple meals > restriction & if you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready!)⁣
💻 Stay productive but balanced (1–3 priorities/day max & get them done no matter what is going on!)⁣

It’s not about perfection—just progress 🫶🏼⁣

Getting back on track doesn’t have to be stressful, I promise.⁣
