You haven’t scratched the surface.

Most humans have not begun to scratch the surface of what they’re capable of. 

If you knew what I knew about human potential, you’d be really excited and a little bit sad.

What happens for most smart people is they read quickly, they understand, they rock it, they get it. 

They even might want to teach it to somebody, but they miss a middle step. 

They learn it well and they can lead it at some fashion, but they miss the living it.

So what I’m hoping for and rooting for for you is that you say, right, and I’m not just going to read the book, I’m actually going to do the work.

And I’m going to do sets and reps every day to invest in unlocking what’s inside of me. 

And you will meet your moment with high stress.
