How are you when people aren’t looking? When it’s intense?

Part two: Really care about your people. Be a great teammate. 

Understand their dreams, what gets in their way. Help them hold the standard.

You can’t hold the standard if you don’t support them. Can’t challenge them if you’re not doing it yourself.
