High performance treadmill: execute on demand ,drive drive drive, get it done, be great , recover, be great. 

Mastery path: loose, organic, authentic artistic expression.

High performance executes on command. Mastery has organic artistic expression on demand—but the journey looks different.

The way you see the world changes based on which you’re committed to.

Mastery is mastery of craft AND mastery of self. Using the craft to go deeper, understand the human condition—yourself first, then others.

Nothing wrong with high performance. But there’s a difference.
