A simple but important thought, if you've ever felt taken advantage of. You aren't the problem if you gave it your all and in the best way you knew how, maybe you just gave it to the wrong person or at the wrong time. 

Don't change out of someone else's reaction if it has nothing to do with you, and most of the time it doesn't.

Do it, keep trying, and be the positive change you want to see in the world and I really believe you'll receive when it is your time.
