Preparation 🥣:
All you need for the Date Bark are dates, chocolate, nut puree, salted peanuts and some salt 🥰
Cut the dates in half and press them smooth on a baking paper. Then top the dates with a nut puree of your choice - we used the white almond puree from Koro. For the crunch, add a few salted peanuts on top and then you can spread the melted chocolate. Finally, garnish again with peanuts and salt and your Date Bark is ready for the cooler 🧊🤤
