The happiest my kids will ever see me… starts with moments like this. 💕Heres my story; 

I sat there, curled up on the couch in my favorite black dress, cradling my pink intentionalsoftmom  thermal cup like it held more than just water; it held a piece of myself.🤌🏾🥹

For a few years now, my mornings were a blur of school drop offs , toddler tantrums, baby care, and endless to-do lists. 🥺🫣

Somewhere in between, I misplaced the habit of just being. But lately it’s been different. 🥹

Now, I claim 15 quiet minutes for myself. No guilt. No rush. Just a mama, her cold water or warm drink, and the soft hum of a house that felt still for once.💕

It’s in these small pauses that we remember; we are more than the tasks we complete. We are women worthy of peace, joy, and moments that fill us back up.❤️
