As a second time mom, selfcare has been my therapy, it has helped me on this self rediscovery journey💆🏽‍♀️

I remember feeling like I had everything—
The diapers. The bottles. The registry checked off.
But only my hubby asked what do you need? Yes that’s great but how about the village, even he needed a break…no one asked, “What do you need?😩😩🥺

I remember sitting in silence, robe half-tied, tea gone cold…
wondering when it would feel like me again.🤌🏾

That’s why I built this.
Not to survive postpartum.
But to soften it. To honor it.🫶🏽🌿

This one’s for the moms no one checks on.
For the women holding it all together with one hand and their baby in the other.🤏🏽
