Today reminded me why I created a self-care checklist in the first place.🤌🏾

We’ve got schedules for school 📚, meals 🍲, naps 💤, and errands 🛒...
But what about us, mama? 💭

Why don’t we have a checklist for our own peace?
For our energy? For our reset?

Today I was solo 🤱🏽
Doing all the things.
But thankfully, I had help with the kids when I needed it most—and it gave me the space to check in with myself. ✨

So I lit the candle 🕯️
Sipped water 💧
Wrote one thought ✍🏽
And reminded myself that even soft tiny moments count.

This checklist? It’s mine.
And I’m allowed to choose me again and again. 💕
