Part 1: Create a gentle playtime routine with me 🛝👦🏾 As a second time mom, I am learning that playtime does not have to be busy and full of activities. So lately, I’ve been focusing on making it more intentional and gentle. 🤌🏾🌿

I set up a cozy reading nook with soft lighting; a space where we can slow down, snuggle up, and enjoy our favorite books together.📚

This one is new and I am learning from other moms, so I have started rotating toys weekly to cut down on clutter and leaning into more focused play. 

We have had this sensory bin tucked away but I am excited to bring it out for more engaging play.

And my favorite shift? Incorporating soft music and soundscapes to create a peaceful atmosphere I think this will make playtime  feel like a reset for all of us.😍😍💕
