It’s a scary moment when you outgrow the identity that once defined you.

For years, I called myself the “mental athlete.”
I pushed athlete content, I compared myself to business owners, I tried to monetize programs... and somewhere along the way, I forgot who l was.

My roots are in being an athlete..in torn ACLs, in pain, in rebuilding.
But now... it’s time to shed that identity, return to my roots, and expand into something bigger.
Because this was never just about sports.

This is about healing.
This is about creating a space that’s never existed..

And I’m taking you with me.
