It’s funny how life works…

Like I said, I was in a really tough spot when I first met my wife Kylie when we were in 10th grade.

There were so many things going on in my life that I didn’t know how to handle and Kylie helped me through so much of it, as I did for her. 

But one thing I didn’t anticipate was how much her family would mean to me from her little brother & sister, and especially her mom…

Kylie’s mom treated me like one of her own from day one and from the outside looking in, I’m sure people called her crazy. Like who takes your 16-year-old daughter’s boyfriend of two weeks on your family vacation??

Little did she know how much that meant to me.

Sherry (Ky’s mom) has been there for me in so many ways throughout the last decade and I’m just so grateful to have her in my life.

So when I got the chance to reciprocate the love and all she’s done for me by having her join me on my crazy DIY home renovation journey, it was a no brainer❤️

Like I’m supposed to hate my mother-in-law…

But life is crazy and sometimes the most unexpected people in your life become some of the most important.

So I hope you share this with someone that’s special in your life because life is too short not to give them their flowers while they can still smell them 🙏
