It’s Mother’s Day & I am very lucky to have my mom by my side (she flew across the ocean to be with me) although we lost our dad to a terrible disease almost 6 years ago now my mom has been a solid rock and foundation for us all.

Becoming a mom and being a mom is by far the HARDEST and TOUGHEST job on the planet because it doesn’t have an expiry or end of work day and every day you feel like you are not doing enough and there is always some sort of guilt,but oh man oh man do I love it. I love being part of this extraordinary community. As I come into a different part of motherhood and as my boys get older I found myself asking so many questions about what’s right and wrong. I had a lot of thoughts and if you know me I am passionate and vocal about dance, movement and spreading a positive impact that dance can offer.

So I’ve decided to launch a blog! Through my tedxtinhauwomen journey and writing my TEDx talk I got inspired to write about things that matter to me and to express my opinions outside the BallroomBees classrooms. As a mother, daughter and business owner.
