Back in LA after the most transformative retreat at @artoflivingboone 💫

I just completed the Sanyam course — and after many Art of Living programs, this one has been my absolute favorite! I feel so peaceful, so free… my body feels light, like it’s made of a different fiber ✨

The connection to myself and the world around me has deepened in such a beautiful way. I know this is just the beginning.

If you ever get the chance to take Sanyam, don’t hesitate. You’ll LOVE it — I promise! 🙏🏻
