2 weeks until ironmanfloripa 🙌

Weather is looking great (sunny, calm & around 75 degrees)😎

Training on track:

Wednesday: 6 mile sunrise hike to the top of a mountain on the east side (Trilha do morro das aranhas) with the early morning leadership of my awesome Brazilian Ironman Trainer & nutritionist sibelelorenzetti . 💪🔥 Followed by the “islands best sunset spot” on the west side at San Antonio de Lisboa for octopus and pasta.

Thursday: “1/2 Ironman Day” (1.5mi swim, 60mi bike & 15 mi run) for a sanity check. I felt a bit stiff the next morning, but otherwise fine. All systems go! Let’s do this!!🤞🎯

Friday: Rest, 1 mile swim & watching hilarious monkeys at folhabeachjurere 

Saturday: 2 mile swim & 10 mile run

Sunday: Alligator on the Beach!!! RUN!! 😂
