Birria Mac is back, baby.

Our fourth annual collaboration is here and she’s staying for four weeks through mid January.

I’ll have our Birria Mac at Tacotlan the entire time.

Meanwhile, Chef Darnell @luellassouthernkitchen is about to get creative in his kitchen. His week one starts with Birria Mac, the last week closes with Birria Mac, and the middle weeks are his own spinoffs using our birria.

This collab has been a favorite since 2022 and it just gets better every year.
