She asked for a shopping trip to @RealCanadianSuperstore for her birthday… so we gave her a gift card and turned it into a game show. 

🎉The rules were simple: if the gift card covers it, it’s a YES. Six minutes on the clock for our soon-to-be 6-year-old! From toys and snacks to ice cream for breakfast (a strategic choice), and a Cookeez Makery moment she’ll never forget.

We even used Ad Match to save $10 and earned PC Optimum points. Somehow we stayed under budget!

Six-year-old: thrilled. 
My wallet: also thrilled. 

Pretty sure this just became our new birthday tradition.
