​The healing journey isn't a straight line—it's full of ups and downs, but we are ALWAYS moving forward. 😤💪
​This journey over the last 1.5 years has been intense. It’s mental work, physical work, and a whole lot of self-compassion. Some days I feel unstoppable (hello, Water Gardens gains! 😉), and other days, just getting out of bed is the victory. And guess what? Both are valid.
​Healing takes time. It takes effort. But I am here to tell you: You are worth the work. Your life is worth living. You matter.
