Old Monk slams into jamun masala sorbet for a summer party in your glass—tart punch, spicy rim fire, fizzy sparkle. One will not be enough.

Sip 1: Shaken jamun sorbet melts into sweet-tart chaos with Old Monk White Rum — salty edge from drops, fully blended smooth. 
Sip 2: Thick purple intensity chills through, tart and masala heat building. 
Sip 3: Club soda fizz lifts it all—smooth, spicy, unforgettable.

Screenshot Recipe 
- 3 sticks Jamun Masala Sorbet (I used Dairyday, 50ml each = 150ml) 
- 60 ml Old Monk White Rum 
- 6 small spherical ice cubes (shaken to chill & blend) 
- Few drops saline water 
- 60 ml club soda 
- Rim: Lime juice + salt-chilli powder mix 
 

Quick Method 
1. Wet glass rim with lime, dip in salt-chilli mix. 
2. Shake sorbet, rum, saline, ice 1 min till single smooth liquid. 
3. Pour thick purple into glass. 
4. Top club soda, gentle stir, serve fizzy.
