Sunday Melt. 🌅🥃

Some drinks you sip. This one, you watch first.

Start with cold-pressed orange and pineapple.
Freeze them solid overnight.
Not ice cubes. Juice cubes.
Drop them into a highball.
Add 20 ml Rooh Afza — watch the red bloom up from the bottom like a slow sunrise.
Stack more cubes on top. The gradient sets itself.
Yellow at the base. Red bleeding up through the middle. Orange sitting on top.
Then comes the Bacardi.
Pour it slow from the top — it breaks through the layers, runs in ribbons, pulls everything into a warm haze.
Two drops of saline. A few drops of lemon. They don't show up in the colour — but you'll know they're there.

Don't stir. Not yet. Just watch it happen.

Sip 1: Pure cold-pressed orange. Bright, sharp, alive. ☀️
Sip 2: Rooh Afza creeps in — floral, sweet, childhood in a glass. 🌹
Sip 3: The rum finds you. Warm. Easy. Exactly right for a Sunday. 🥃

As the cubes melt, the drink rewrites itself.
Same glass. Different cocktail every ten minutes.
That's the Sunday Melt. 🌅

——— RECIPE ———
🍊 Cold-pressed orange juice — freeze into solid cubes (overnight)
🍍 Cold-pressed pineapple juice — freeze into solid cubes (overnight)
🌹 20 ml Rooh Afza
🧂 3–4 drops saline solution
🍋 3–4 drops fresh lemon juice
🥃 45 ml Bacardi White Rum
🍋 Garnish: lime wheel

Build order:
Drop orange & pineapple cubes in first.
Pour Rooh Afza — let it bloom from the bottom.
Add saline + lemon drops.
Pour Bacardi slowly from the top. Do not stir.
Garnish with lime wheel on the rim.
Watch. Then sip. Then wait. Then sip again.
It's a different drink as it melts. That's the point. ☀️
