Fresh grapes, mint, lime, and white rum — lifted with soda and served tall.
Clean, bright, and quietly refreshing.

#WhiteRumCocktails
Ingredients:
• 60 ml raw-pressed green grape juice
• 45 ml white rum
• 60 ml simple syrup
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 4–6 fresh mint leaves
• 60 ml soda water
• 2 drops saline solution
• Ice cubes

Method:
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice.
Add mint leaves and squeeze in half a lemon. Gently muddle.
Pour in simple syrup and white rum.
Add fresh green grape juice.
Top with soda water.
Add two drops of saline and give a gentle stir.
Garnish with mint.

Profile:
Fresh grape brightness upfront, cool mint through the middle, citrus lift, and a clean, fizzy finish — light, familiar, and easy to drink.
