Orange Monk Float ☕🥃🍊

Coffee sitting on top of Old Monk and orange juice. 
It has no business looking this good. Or tasting this good. 

Cold-pressed orange builds the base — bright, sharp, Sunday morning energy. 
Old Monk underneath — warm, familiar, exactly where it belongs. 
Then the coffee floats on top. Dark. Still. Quietly waiting. 

You stir it. The whole thing wakes up. 

Sip 1: Orange hits first. Fresh and cold. ☀️ 
Sip 2: The rum arrives. Warm underneath the cold. 👀 
Sip 3: Coffee finds you last. Dark, slightly bitter. Perfect finish. ☕ 

——— RECIPE ——— 
🍊 120 ml cold-pressed fresh orange juice 
🍯 45 ml simple syrup 
🥃 45 ml Old Monk White Rum 
☕ 60 ml Sprite with 1 g coffee dissolved in it — pour last, over the back of a spoon to float 
🍊 Garnish: slice of orange peel 
🧊 Glass: tall wide glass, loaded with ice 
Final topUp with Sprite

Build order: 
Ice in first. 
Orange juice. Simple syrup. Old Monk. 
Coffee–Sprite float poured gently over a bar spoon — don’t break the layer. 
Stir with bar spoon when ready. Watch it swirl. 
Express orange peel over the top. Drop it in.
