The Ambush Mojito. 🌶🍍

Nobody puts Tabasco in a mojito. I don't know why. It fixes everything.

I had this first at Chilli's Bar in Moalboal, Philippines. After a long day of snorkelling and chasing sardines underwater.

Sat down. Ordered whatever they put in front of me. Watched the sunset melt into the blue ocean.

And this arrived.

First sip — beach. Second sip — the chilli found me.

I've been chasing that feeling ever since. Built it at home today.

Mint cools it.
Pineapple sweetens it.
Then the chilli arrives.
You won't see it coming. That's the point.

Sip 1: beach holiday. ☀️
Sip 2: chilli knocks. 👀
Sip 3: full Ambush unlocked. 🔥

——— RECIPE ———
🌿 8–10 mint leaves
🍋 Fresh lemon juice
🧂 Few drops saline
🍯 Simple syrup
🧊 Ice
🌶️ 10–12 drops Tabasco
🍍 Fresh blended pineapple juice
🥃 60 ml Bacardi
🫧 Club soda — to top

Muddle mint gently. Ice in. Tabasco next — don't be scared. Pineapple, Bacardi, soda on top. Stir like you mean it.
