When coconut water meets pineapple and Old Monk goes coastal.

Fresh tender coconut water brings softness.
Cold-pressed pineapple juice adds brightness and gentle acidity.
Coconut milk gives it body, while simple syrup rounds the edges.

Shaken with Old Monk White Rum, this one lands creamy, tropical, and dangerously easy to drink — served ice-cold in a beer mug because sometimes the vibe matters as much as the balance.

This isn’t loud.
It’s smooth, beachy, and quietly addictive.

🍹 RECIPE

Glass: Large beer mug
Ice: Lots of ice

In the glass:
• Fill the mug generously with ice
• Add 90 ml cold-pressed pineapple juice
• Add a few shaves of lime zest

In a shaker:
• 120 ml fresh tender coconut water
• 45 ml simple syrup
• 60 ml coconut milk
• 60 ml Old Monk White Rum

Shake hard until well chilled and slightly frothy.
Pour into the prepared glass.

Garnish:
• Fresh pineapple ring
