🍸 The Magician's Bloom - When blue flirts with lime, the drink blushes purple — no filters, just food chemistry.

Ingredients:

10–12 butterfly pea flowers
60 ml butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)
30 ml gin
30 ml simple syrup
Fresh lime juice (just a few drops)
Ice cube
Lime slice for garnish

Method:

Steep the butterfly pea flowers in hot water until a deep blue hue forms. Stir gently to release full colour.

Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

In a shaker, add 60 ml of the chilled blue tea, 30 ml gin, 30 ml simple syrup, and a cube of ice.

Stir gently and strain into a coupe glass.

Drop in a few drops of fresh lime juice — watch the blue transform into a brilliant purple.

For an extra flourish, swirl a lime slice through the drink to deepen the colour shift.
