Recipe:
45 ml whiskey
3 tsp wild honey
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh ginger (boiled in hot water to infuse)
Garnish: slice of ginger

In a glass, mix whiskey, honey, and lemon juice. Add steaming hot ginger-infused water. Stir well, garnish, and sip slow.
