Sometimes you don’t reinvent. You just respect the recipe.

Came across this classic-style cocktail and knew I had to give it a shot — clean, citrusy, and topped with that signature aquafaba foam. Blue Daisy hits that rare mix of flavour, flair, and foam equal parts calm and confidence.

Here’s how I made it:

👉 30ml Gin
👉 45ml Aquafaba
👉 15ml Lime juice
👉 30ml Blue Curaçao
👉 Dry shake (for the cloud cap)
👉 Add ice and shake again to chill
👉 Strain into a chilled margarita glass
👉 Garnish with a curled lemon peel

No tweaks. No remix. Just followed the rhythm of the original — and it poured beautifully.

Bright, citrusy, smooth on the tongue, and somehow still simple at heart.
One of those drinks that reminds you why classics don’t need fixing.
