Campari leads the first sip.
It’s not instant love — but it grows on you.

A tall, restrained highball that leads with bitterness and takes its time to open up.
Campari floats on top, setting the tone before giving way to lime, sweetness, and a clean rum base underneath.

This isn’t love at first sight or first sip — but it’s the kind of drink that quietly pulls you back in.
Slow. Bitter. Addictive.

🍹 RECIPE

Glass: Tall glass
Ice: Fill to ⅓ of the glass

Build:
• Add ice to the glass
• 45 ml Bacardi white rum
• 45 ml simple syrup
• A few shreds of lime zest
Stir gently.

Top with soda water.
Aromatise the glass with an expressed orange peel.
Slowly float ~1½ teaspoons Campari on top.

Serve:
Do not stir further. Let the bitterness lead.
