The Blue Flame Pour — featuring Ghar-Main-Baileys

Took my homemade Baileys riff and added fire. Literally. Flaming whisky + chilled coffee cream = drama in a glass.

This cocktail starts with 15 ml of whisky ignited, giving you that gorgeous blue flame swirl inside the glass. While the flame is alive, a shaken mix of coffee ice cream and whisky goes in, creating a creamy Baileys-style pour that collides with the heat, softens the alcohol burn, and adds a toasted, smoky note. A dramatic pour, a velvety finish, and a proper home-bar flex — all in one Flaming Rolly-Polly

Ingredients:
• 120 ml coffee ice-cream
• 30 ml Teacher’s whisky
• 15 ml whisky (for flaming)

Method:
Add coffee ice-cream and 30 ml whisky to a shaker.
Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until creamy.
15 ml whisky, ignite carefully, and pour into a rocks glass (rolly-polly).
While the flame is still alive, pour the shaken ice-cream cocktail into the glass.
