🍷🌀 New Yorker
Some days you find a little red wine at the back of the fridge. Some drinks are born from that moment.

Gin. Blue curaçao. Lemon. Sugarsyrup
Shaken cold, poured slow, topped with a float of RedWine.

📋 Recipe:
45 ml Gin
30 ml Lemon Juice
30 ml Blue Curaçao
15 ml Simple Syrup
Shake with 2 large ice cubes for 15–20 seconds
Strain into a glass over ice
Float red wine gently on top

👨‍🍳 Home Bartender Hack:
Pouring the red wine float can be tricky — use the back of a bar spoon for control.
To make it even easier, use a 30 ml syringe for that perfect, gentle layer.
