These are some of the things I’ve always done to save money: most of them are more mindset than anything else. 

✨ Nature will always be > material things and makes me grateful in ways money never could.
✨ Dining out isn’t part of my “rich life” unless I’m traveling. I’ll grab an appetizer or drink for the social part, but the meal at home is already done.
✨ I don’t upgrade unless item is irreparable and I can find it secondhand. This has helped me save so much esp on big ticket items. I bought my first laptop ever at 31 when my computer from grad school stopped functioning.
