Frugal does not 🟰 cheap 

You can be mindful of your spending and get good value on what you do spend your money on no matter what your income level is. 

A cheap person saves money at any cost even if it hurts yourself or others. 

Frugality isn’t bad and social media has painted it as an ugly or undesirable trait. But frugality has allowed me to live a free and rich life with low stress. I don’t NEED to work more or monetize my entire existence because frugality has made my cost of living and happiness very low. I hope it becomes a thing again because what is considered frugal now used to just be considered normal when we were growing up.
