The Nairobi Supper Club’s 5th Anniversary, powered by The Singleton! 

We dived into a next-level, five-course culinary art journey curated by Chef Milan Waheehang, and honestly, every bite was a masterpiece 🤌🏾

From the Overnight Marinated Drunken Chicken in Singleton Whisky (yes, you read that right!) to the Pan Fried Dumpling Chicken and the vibrant Weird + Wonderful Pink Lady Sushi, the menu was pure artistry. 
The main event, the 15-Hours Soy-Drunk Brisket, was incredibly rich & tender, and we finished strong with the Roadside Royalty Reborn ice-cream dessert—talk about a superfood experience!

​This wasn't just a shared meal; it was a deep-dive into the world of premium single malt whisky.

Diageo Reserve Brand Ambassador @gachoipaul guided us through a fascinating Singleton education, highlighting how this whisky gets its remarkable smoothness and fruity notes from being slowly distilled and matured in two barrels.

We dived into the beautifully crafted Vegan Sawa and Chai Punch cocktails. The cocktails perfectly showcased Singleton’s versatility, maintaining its signature caramel and toffee character while blending seamlessly with new ingredients—a true sipping pleasure!

This was an afternoon of epic flavour pairing, great company, and premium whisky discovery. Cheers to five years!!
