I said yes to my first big paid speaking gig with oatmeal in my hair, a baby on my hip, and Yo Gabba Gabba blasting from the iPad in the background.

Fast forward to August, and I took the TEDx stage—not in spite of being a mother, but because of it.

Motherhood didn’t slow me down. It sharpened me.

💡 It taught me how to lead with empathy.
⏳ How to do more with less time.
🔥 How to build legacy while carrying love.

My talk, “Motherhood as a Superpower: Reimagining Business and Leadership in the Modern World,” was more than a talk. It was a moment to remind the world:
