Field Trip! … R&D Edition. 

Last week we brought 25+ top beauty editors out to our R&D facility to preview our 2025 Beauty & Personal Care innovations.

One of my highlights was learning more about @unilever’s Polycutral Center of Excellence - which develops products to address the unmet needs of the multicultural consumer using insights from dermatologists and consumers with melanin-rich skin.
