NOISE.

There is value in the process of lessening the noise.

What do we mean by noise?

Not only the sound pollution around us.
But everything we carry that keeps us busy without truly moving us forward.

Expectations.
Unfinished loops.
Old identities.
Patterns that doesn’t fuel us anymore. 
External pressure.
Internal pressure.

Some things we keep.
Some things we can thank for having functionality until now… and then release.
Some things simply need time to evolve.

Clarity rarely comes from forcing answers.

It comes from reducing noise.

More and more, I support others in this process of discernment- in life, in career, in direction.
I truly value this work.

Less noise.
More discernment.
