DEVOTION OR?
Necessity? Curiosity? Search? Resonance? Need? Chance? My personality? Destiny?

Don’t really know. A combo? 

I sometimes reflect upon what made me embark on my yogic path in my early teens and still practicing daily.

There have been days when I haven’t sat in or rolled out the mat. But they are very few. 

This morning when I was in Savasana I smiled. Everything in me smiled.
My body was happy that I was caring for it. My spirit expressed joy for being connected through a clear and quiet mind. My heart beamed of love. Unconditional. Loving for no reason at all. 
I smiled because one of the greatest love affairs of my life was deeply felt through and through. The love of freedom, life, being able to transform and be able to bring myself into the present moment. 

I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for my practice, I wouldn’t be here. It has saved my life. It has evolved my mind, thinking and inner powers. Made my body strong. pain free and balanced. Enhanced my confidence and creativity, helped building a better self esteem and integrity through inquiry.

Of course it is not just the practice itself. What will happen in someone’s life due to a practice is laid out in the encounter between the practitioner and the practice.
And in the scenes of life, the dance can happen. 

I am in knowing yet still have so much to learn. 
Friggin love it!
