#BreakingNews A mass shooting occurred around 11:20 p.m. on January 1, 2025, outside the Amazura nightclub in Jamaica, Queens.

At least 11 people were injured. The victims included six males and four females, ranging in age from 16 to 20. None were in critical condition, and all are expected to survive. They were taken to several hospitals including Long Island Jewish Hospital and Cohen’s Children Medical Center.

The shooting happened during an alleged New Year’s Day private party celebrating a deceased gang member’s birthday. Reports indicate that three to four men fired around 30 shots at a crowd gathered outside the venue. 

The police are still searching for the suspects, who fled the scene in a light-colored sedan. The incident is not considered a terrorist attack by authorities.
