Kyly’s Macadamia and Pistachio Protein Balls

What you will need:
Wet Ingredients
300g Organic Moist Dates
4 tablespoons of natural almond butter spread

Dry Ingredients
1/3 cup of macadamia
1/3 cup of pistachio
1/3 cup of almonds
1/3 cup of cashews
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
3 tablespoons of Cranberries
1/4 cup @kissedearth earth replenish vegan protein powder chocolate flavour

Step 1: Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Step 2: Turn on Thermomix to Speed 9 for 9 seconds then set aside in a separate bowl.

Step 3: Place into the Thermomix all the wet ingredients;
· 300g of pitted dates
· 4 tablespoons of natural almond butter spread

Step 4: Turn on the Thermomix to Speed 9 for 9 seconds – mix the wet ingredients

Step 5: Then change the seconds to 45 seconds and Speed down t 5, start adding your dry mix into the top hole of the Thermomix.

Step 6: Notice the consistency and once the wet and dry are mixed well you can stop the process.

Step 7: Remove Protein Ball mixture and place in a bowl.

Step 8: Place baking paper on a pre-prepared tray or large container. Placing baking paper between each layer of protein balls is best so they don’t stick together.

Step 9: Start rolling your Protein balls to your preferred size. You can leave them uncovered or roll them in desiccated coconut. Just use a separate clean bowl to cover with desiccated coconut.

Step 9: Place them in the container once rolled, and once the batch is complete place them in the fridge for 2- 4 hours or overnight to set best.
