It’s no secret 🤫 that Lauren is an awesome mom and client. 

You guys keep seeing her showing up because she KEEPS SHOWING UP, for herself, her family and the life that she wants to live. 

Swipe to read more of Lauren’s story, from how she reached out to me late 2022 after baby 2, worked with me through pregnancy 3 and is now crushing her postpartum journey for a third time. 

While she lives in a smaller body now, she has always been one of the most attentive and loving mother to her babies. She now just gets to spend some of that time taking care of and being attentive to herself as well.
