I attended a cooking experience at @onruetatin and it was everything I dreamed of and more.

Susan (@susanherrmannloomis) is the author of 14 cookbooks and after living in France for more than 30 years she has truly mastered the art of French cuisine. Stepping into her Parisian apartment for a cooking experience like this felt incredibly special and intimate.

Each of us chose a dish to focus on, and after preparing everything together we sat down for the most lovely French meal. We finished the way the French always do with a cheese course and a simple salad, and it honestly felt like being welcomed into someone’s home for a true Parisian dinner.

It was such a memorable experience and something I would recommend to anyone visiting Paris who wants to experience French food beyond the restaurants.
